Are you curious how ESO would look without that fog blocking your vision? Look at the picture. It's like that!
On our journey through the internet we dug out a tool called ESO Launcher, which starts the game without using the official launcher, and turns off the fog, enabling a clear sight on what lies beyond it. Of course there are issues with that, which means sometimes objects just plop into existence and the burry background isn't nice all time. Turning of Depth of Field turns off the blur, but then you are able to see all those low resolution background graphics. Oh, and you got to learn, how small Tamriel really is. :D Another issue is the fact that sometimes you can see a bit too clear, especially during bad weather like ashstorms and the like.
Well. That's the downside. The upside are wonderful panoramas, seeing the road ahead of you and a much better feeling for the place you are in. I really love it, but that's highly subjective I guess. Alright, here's the link:

Just drop the files into the ...\ESO\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client folder and start the game via Esolauncher.exe
