Event in Wrothgar for the 18th of March 2016, 20:00 CET
Characters allowed: All those who are part of the Wrothgar expedition.
Everyone else who wants to participate and does not have a suitable character is very welcome to be an NPC!
Sadly, the Rkindaleft expedition didn't provide the information we hoped for. We learnt that Torug, a legendary Orc chief from the First Era, led an expedition of his own into the ruins and plundered the library. So far we didn't know anything about the whereabouts of what he discovered, until Shabar-jo's research unearthed the information, that Torug took many trophies from his endeavors to his final resting place. Unfortunately the Orcs honoured Torug by burying him on the highest mountain of Wrothgar, far up in the north, where the cold freezes your breath, and named it Sorrow's Kiss. The group will have to go prepared, or most likely face a very, very cold death.
The journey to Sorrow will take a few days, and we will try to avoid staying in the wilderness overnight as much as possible. Our first checkpoint will be the two tower's tavern known as Orzorga's Kitchen. We will stay there for a few days and plan our further route to Sorrow.
- This will be a multi-part event. We start with the journey to Orzorga's Kitchen and stay there for a while (which is covered in the first event). The next event will be about the first part of the actual way to Sorrow.
- The whole Sorrow expedition will be a survival adventure. We will face the deadly cold on our journey and the perils climbing up to the summit. As soon as we embark from Orzorga's Kitchen, I plan to progress slowly and use the journey itself and the landmarks we discover on our way for RP.
