Since there are a couple of Khajiit in Heimlyn, chattering in Ta'agra and even non-Khajiit learn Ta'agra now, I thought I'd upload some common phrases used among Khajiit. Keep in mind that most of the information is based on the Ta'agra Project, which compiles known phrases and words from existing lore, as well as grammatical rules and such. So the translations might not be entirely correct (often because there might not be a direct translation of certain phrases).
Important note:
'Mixed Unit Tactics' by Codus Callonus suggests that despite being as intelligent as their bipedal cousins and despite being able to cast spells, quadrupedal Khajiit are not capable of speech. Understand speech, yes but unable to speak themselves.
One might think that this only involves human/meric speech, but when it comes to Ta'agra, one can see that the phonology of the language includes sounds which are clearly impossible to produce for quadrupedal Khajiit, as they lack the vocal ability to do so.
They are however able to communicate with their bipedal brethren. This suggests a variant of Ta'agra, only spoken by quadrupedal Khajiit. This means that every Khajiit grows up bilingual; capable of understanding both the quadrupedal and bipedal variant of Ta'agra. But the ability to speak one of them depends on their physical appearance, as each variant features a separate set of sounds.
Quadrupedal Ta'agra in this regard is therefore a purely oral language, as there are no written accounts of it, unlike bipedal Ta'agra which can even be learned by man or mer.
